We look to fulfil our vision and meet our aims, not because we have to, but because we want to.
The simple reason is this:
God has radically demonstrated his love for us by sending His son Jesus Christ to live amongst us and to die for us. So that we can be forgiven and free from sin. Jesus also rose from the grave to release us from the fear of death and to open the doors of heaven, welcoming all those who desire eternal life.
We can now have an unhindered relationship with our Father in heaven because of Jesus’s sacrificial act. Also, we can now live empowered lives through the Holy Spirit, who is a gift from God given freely.
God so loves us and so we love to love Him and obey Him.
